the location was great close to rossio train station. the main square was very near and easy to reach. a supermarket next door was very useful it had juice coffee and pastries.

the check in process was slow and not good. i booked a twin room but received a double room. the staff did not seem interested in resolving issues i faced.

The location was definitely convenient. Everything seemed to be nearby.

The room i got was not excellent at all. It felt quite dated. the furniture looked like mismatched leftovers from other rooms. also, the staff weren't particularly cute, disappointing, they were rude and not friendly at all!
